I am working on redoing the guide to include "Amara's Opinion". My opinions are based on my extensive work comparing ponies for over a year just for this project. I have been a members of the online collecting community since 1996 and have been selling hair online since 1999. I strive to provide the most accurate information as possible for all customizers use :-)

This guide is here to help you find a matching replacement hair for your pony. Many of Hasbro's ponies used the same hair colors, however there are a few ponies that have a hair color unique to them. All of the hair matches I had made in nylon are compared here, as well as the exclusive colors so that you can compare them. My nylon colors were matched by my manufactuer to the very purest original 80's (g1) and current (g3) colors. In most cases, I chose the darkest and richest color (assuming it was the most pure). This matching process took me over a year! I hope this match guide will be a useful resource to you. Enjoy!

HOW TO USE THIS GUIDE:
This guide can be used it two ways: you can search by color to easily find the color you want from my store or to find a donor pony for your custom or restoreation project.

Colors are catagorized by base color and listed from darkest to lightest; florescent and "mixed" colors (for example, blue-greens) are at the end.
